Below, in the lobby, are 2 more semi-private meeting rooms, as well as a coffee bar and lounge to refuel and take a break as needed. We also have 3 live-work units with Dyer Street frontage for anyone looking to set-up their small business storefront just below their living space. Or perhaps you prefer a more solitary office setting in the privacy of your own apartment home. We offer several plans that include flexible areas like lofts and dens, but every unit is spacious enough for a home office set-up that won’t impede on your other living areas. No matter where you prefer to conduct business within in our community, Broadstone Archive makes working remotely a breeze with our lightning-fast Google Fiber access. If that isn’t a cherry on top, we don’t know what is.

LEISURE

Expected and unexpected, old and new; at Broadstone Archive we imagined a selection of playful amenities that give a nod to the community’s authenticity rooted in nostalgia, but also complement our industrial design elements and new technology. Unwind with a pint at the community bar while you relive your childhood playing on our classic arcade games, or unleash your youthful spirit on our Formula 1 racing simulator or in the karaoke studio. Enjoy the beautiful weather in a private poolside shaded cabana or from the rooftop terrace. Gather with friends or maintain distance in one of the many lounge and play spaces of the sprawling central park.
